We get it. Sometimes things don’t vibe. And while we rarely see our 100% organic linen shirts and organic cotton hats returned (because they’re the opposite of synthetic disappointment), we still want to make it easy—if needed.

📜 OUR RETURN + REFUND POLICY
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, exchange, or store credit.
To qualify:
- Your item must be unworn, unwashed, and still in its original packaging with tags attached.
- No visible wear or energetic funk, please.
Basically: if you wouldn’t gift it to your high-vibration grandma, don’t send it back.
🚚 RETURN SHIPPING — ENERGY EXCHANGE OPTIONS
We offer an optional low-cost return insurance fee at checkout. If selected, it grants you free return shipping later should you choose to send something back.
If you skip that option, no worries—you can still return, but you’ll cover a reasonable return shipping/handling fee based on current cosmic inflation rates (aka, our actual processing costs at the time you return the item).
This system helps us keep things balanced—energetically and financially—and avoids wasteful shipping when people impulse-buy like they’re in a mall trance.
⚠️ NOTE ON FINAL SALE + EXCEPTIONS
Paying for return shipping insurance doesn’t override our final sale policies or other limitations. We currently only offer returns/exchanges on shirts and hats—since that’s our full lineup right now.
If you somehow try to return a pineapple or a conspiracy theory... we’ll just assume it’s a gift.
💥 DAMAGE OR DEFECT?

🔁 EXCHANGES
Want a different size or color? Use the same return portal above to initiate an exchange. No synthetic loops or AI robots involved—just a smooth system built for real people.
🇪🇺 EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If you're based in the EU, you have the legal right to return your order within 14 days, no questions asked (even if Mercury is retrograde). Same rules apply: item must be unworn, unwashed, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
💳 REFUNDS
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll notify you and refund your original payment method within 10 business days.
